FUNDING OF YOUR CLAIM

Legal Aid is no longer available for personal injury cases. We will ask you to check if you have any legal expenses insurance and we will advise you about this.

We will assess all the evidence we have and if we feel that your case has merit then the most likely and best option for funding your claim is for us to deal with it on a "No Win No Fee" basis.

If you win your case you get 100% compensation and the other side pays our costs. If you lose your case then you will not get any compensation but neither will you have to pay our costs.
